ARTICLE 1

The company ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne (Amtsgericht Köln, HR B 68657) with its registered office at Gereonsdriesch 2-4, 50670 in Cologne and the company ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Halle (Amtsgericht Gütersloh, HR B 6886) with its registered office at Gutenbergstraße 11, 33790 in Halle (Westf.), is organizing a discount campaign with a purchase obligation from 22.06.2022 to 30.06.2022.

Only trade customers who are registered on the e-steel.arcelormittal.com website or who register during the promotion period may take advantage of the discount promotion and make purchases. Sales to consumers are excluded. Furthermore, an effective conclusion of a purchase contract together with the granting of a discount requires the purchase price to be sufficiently secured by a trade credit insurance or payment in advance.

ARTICLE 2

All registered commercial customers who have placed an order with a minimum weight of 500kg on http://e-steel.arcelormittal.com/DE/ during the duration of the discount campaign shall be deemed to have participated without having to take any further steps to participate.

ARTICLE 3

For each order entered on the website http://e-steel.arcelormittal.com/DE/ during the promotion period, the acceptance of which is confirmed and invoiced, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne or Halle undertakes to grant a financial discount of 2% subject to the following conditions:

All material prices, associated processing and extras as well as item surcharges shall be discounted. The logistics flat rate, freight costs and any small lot surcharges are excluded from the above mentioned discount.

The code can be used as often as desired by each customer. For using the code there is no minimum order value. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and/or vouchers.

ARTICLE 4

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the DSGVO: "Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR")".

The personal data provided by participants is necessary to manage their participation in the discount promotion and is reserved for ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH.

In accordance with the GDPR and the DSGVO on data processing of personal data, participants have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure and blocking of data concerning them. To exercise these rights, the commercial customer may contact helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com by email.

The organiser undertakes the data subjects to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent data from being disclosed to unauthorised third parties.

ARTICLE 5

ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or events beyond their control, they are forced to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone this promotion or to change its conditions.

ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle cannot be held responsible or liable if an e-mail concerning the purchase and the related terms and conditions of the discount promotion is not delivered due to an error in the e-mail address provided by the participant when registering on the e-commerce site e-steel.arcelormittal.com, in the event of a failure of the access provider, in the event of a failure of the Internet network or in any other case.

Furthermore, it is expressly pointed out that the Internet is not a secure network, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage caused by a possible virus or the intrusion of a third party into the system of the participant's terminal device. Furthermore, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne und Halle decline any responsibility for the consequences of the participant's connection or access to the site. Nor can ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle be held responsible for any disruption to the Internet network that prevents the smooth running of the discount promotion and the provision of information to participants.

ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage to participants, their IT equipment and the data stored there, or for any consequences, in particular for their personal or professional activities.

ARTICLE 6

By placing an order on the e-steel.arcelormittal.com website during the current discount promotion, the trade customer automatically accepts participation in the discount promotion:

ARTICLE 7

All claims in connection with the discount promotion must be made by submitting a request, stating the surname(s), first name(s) of the commercial customer and his personal contact details, to the following address: helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com, at the latest within three (3) months of the expiry of the period for participation in the discount promotion.

This discount promotion is governed by German law.

In the event of differences of opinion regarding the application or interpretation of these provisions and in the event of a non-consensual clarification, the courts at the registered office of ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH shall have exclusive jurisdiction if the contracting parties are merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law.
