Article 1
The company ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln (Amtsgericht Köln, HR B 68657) whose registered office is located at Gereonstraße 58, 50670 in Cologne and the company ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Halle (Amtsgericht Gütersloh, HR B 6886) whose registered office is located at Gutenbergstraße 11, 33790 in Halle (Westf.), is organizing a discount campaign with purchase obligation from 05/10/2021 to 07/10/2021. The use of the discount and a purchase is possible only for customers registered on the e-steel.arcelormittal.com website.


Article 2
All registered customers who have placed an order on e-steel.arcelormittal.com/DE/en/ during the duration of the discount promotion are considered participants upon entering the discount code ESTEEL2021, without having to take any further steps to participate. The discount code ESTEEL2021 can be redeemed once per registered customer.


Article 3
For each order recorded and invoiced on the website e-steel.arcelormittal.com/DE/en/ with the discount code ESTEEL2021, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle undertakes to provide a financial discount under the following conditions:
For orders up to 1000€, customers will receive a 10% discount on the final total excl. tax of their order. This means -10% for orders < 1000€ excl. tax. For orders > 1000€ the maximum discount is 100€ excl. tax.


Article 4
In case of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Companies, the organizing companies reserve the right to extend the duration of the Promotion. The purchaser authorizes the organizing companies to use his/her name free of charge for the promotion's advertising and communication, unless he expressly declares his/hers objection by sending an e-mail to helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com.

Article 5
Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the GPDR and the DSGVO: "Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR")". The personal data provided by participants is necessary to manage their participation in the discount promotion and is reserved for ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH.

In accordance with the GDPR and the DSGVO on data processing of personal data, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete the data concerning them. To make use of these rights, contact us by e-mail at helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com. Any participant may also request their right to access, communicate and rectify the data concerning them by e-mail. The corresponding e-mail address is helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com.

The organizer undertakes to the data subjects to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent data from being disclosed to unauthorized third parties. If the participant does not object at the time of collection of his/her data, this data may also be used for commercial purposes by ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Cologne and Halle. The participant has been informed by the above points and agrees to them by participating in the discount promotion.

Article 6
ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle cannot be held liable if they would be forced to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or change the terms of this promotion due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle cannot be held responsible or liable if an e-mail containing any matter relating to the purchase and the related terms and conditions of the discount promotion is not delivered due to an error in the e-mail address provided by the participant when registering on the e-commerce site e-steel.arcelormittal.com, in the event of a failure of the access provider, in the event of a failure of the Internet network or in any other case.

Furthermore, it is expressly pointed out that the Internet is not a secure network, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage caused by a possible virus or intrusion of a third party into the system of the participant's terminal equipment. Furthermore, ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle disclaims any responsibility for the consequences of the participant's connection or access to the site. ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle can likewise not be held responsible for any disruption to the Internet network that prevents the smooth running of the discount promotion and the provision of information to participants.
ArcelorMittal Stahlhandel GmbH Köln und Halle cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage to participants, their IT equipment and the data stored there, or for any consequences, in particular for their personal or professional activities.

Article 7
By placing an order on the e-steel.arcelormittal.com website during the ongoing discount promotion, the purchaser automatically accepts to participate in the discount promotion and, in this case, clearly confirms to have the prior and express consent of his employer to benefit from the corresponding discounts, if any.

If the customer or purchaser does not wish to participate, he/she must send an objection by e-mail to helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com.

Article 8
This discount promotion is governed by German law and the courts of Cologne and Gütersloh shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute relating to these terms and conditions. In order for any concerns to be considered, any disputes relating to the discount must be notified in writing, stating surname(s), first name(s) and personal contact details, to the following address: helpdesk.e-steel@arcelormittal.com and no later than one (1) month after the deadline for participation in the discount.
In case of disagreement on the application or interpretation of the present terms and in case of failure to reach an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court, to which exclusive jurisdiction shall be assigned, notwithstanding any warranty claims and any plurality of parties.
