You do not need to actively take any steps to be part of CLUB e-steel. You will automatically receive your loyalty status once you place orders through our online shop e-steel.

There are a total of three different loyalty statuses. Bronze, Silver and Gold.

You will automatically receive one of the three loyalty statuses depending on the amount of orders you place on e-steel.

You will receive your personal loyalty status as follows:

• from 20 online orders - Bronze
• from 50 online orders - Silver
• from 100 online orders - Gold

A status upgrade is possible every month upon reaching the required orders for the next possible status.

The basis for calculating your loyalty status is provided exclusively by your invoiced online orders. Orders that we receive by traditional ways means, i.e. by telephone, e-mail or fax are not taken into account when calculating your loyalty status.

Taken into account for the calculation of your status (bronze, silver, gold) is the number of your invoiced:

• ArcelorMittal e-steel orders,
• quotations created on e-steel and transformed on e-steel into orders,
• requests for quotations created on e-steel and transformed on e-steel into orders.

The quotes created in your agency and accepted and transformed e-steel are not taken into account.

As soon as you have reached one of the loyalty statuses, you will receive a monthly cashback in the form of a promo code to redeem in our online shop e-steel. Your monthly turnover is the basis for your cashback in the following month. Depending on your status, the amount of cashback varies as follows:

• Gold = 0.8% of the monthly turnover

For example, if you have a Gold status in June and you place orders worth 10.000,00€ , you will receive a cashback of 80,00€ in the following month July to redeem in our online shop in July and August. A payout of the amount of your cashback is generally not possible. You can only redeem the promo code in our online shop.

It is not possible to withdraw the amount of your cashback. You can only redeem the promo code in our online shop.

A promo code can only be applied to a single order. Therefore, please note that if you redeem a promo code for an order whose value is lower than that of the promo code, the remaining value of the promo code will be forfeited. For example, if you place an order for 700,00€ and you redeem your promo code for 800,00€ on that order, the remaining 100,00€ of the promo code will be forfeited without replacement.

Your loyalty status is valid for one calendar year, i.e. from January 1st of a year to December 31st of that year. During the current calendar year, you can only upgrade your status, not downgrade it.

Example: You receive silver status in April of a year and gold status in June. If you stop your online purchases from July onwards, you remain in gold status. Since the current calendar year is the basis for calculating the status, you will remain in gold status in the following year. If you continue to place no or fewer orders via our e-steel online shop this year, your loyalty status will be adjusted or cancelled in the following year.

The amount of your cashback depends on the one hand on your loyalty status and on the other hand on your monthly turnover after reaching a loyalty status.

The amount of online sales defines the amount of your personal cashback.

Taken into account for the calculation of your monthly cashback is the invoiced amount of your:

• ArcelorMittal e-steel orders,
• quotations created on e-steel and transformed on e-steel into orders,
• equests for quotations created on e-steel and transformed on e-steel into orders.

The quotes created in your agency and accepted and transformed on e-steel are not taken into account.

You will receive an email at the beginning of each month with the promo codes available to you. You will also find the promo codes available to you in your personal area in e-steel - "My account".

The basis for status in our loyalty program is the entire company you work for. If several buyers, each with their own account, purchase via e-steel, the total turnover of all these buyers forms the basis for the calculation of the cashback.

Therefore, all buyers will be shown the same available promo codes at the beginning of each month. Please note that if one of the company's buyers has already redeemed a promo code, the promo code will no longer be valid for all other buyers.

Each promo code you receive is valid for two months. For example, you will receive a promo code in February for your January orders.

You can then redeem this promo code in February and March. If you do not redeem your promo code within the two months, it will lose its validity.
